Leadership for School Improvement

Leadership for School Improvement (LSI) is Classroom Connect's professional development program to provide administrators with the leadership skills necessary to effectively raise student achievement.

With LSI, administrators meet district and school goals using strategies to:

• Develop a shared vision
• Ensure quality instruction
• Improve the learning environment
• Use data to drive decisions and building capacity
• Effectively raise student achievement!

Leadership for School Improvement includes six, hour-long, engaging multi-media modules which address the critical factors that influence school performance and target areas in need of improvement.

Module titles include:

1. Building a Shared Vision of Teaching and Learning
2. Nurturing a Culture Focused on Professional Growth, High Expectations, and a Quality Instructional Program
3. Managing the Learning Environment Effectively
4. Facilitating Broad-Based Collaboration
5. Modeling Professionalism and Professional Growth
